  • Customers can book flights by making an initial payment.
  • The remaining amount must be paid before the travel date, or the booking may be canceled.
  • All bookings are subject to real-time availability and airline terms.

 

2. Refund & Cancellation

  • Refunds depend on airline policies.
  • We charge a non-refundable service/booking fee.
  • Refund processing takes 7–15 business days.

 

3. Fraud Prevention

Any false bookings, fake IDs, or default in payment may result in legal action and booking termination.

 

4. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or issues caused by airlines or third parties.
  • MM Shubh Yatra acts as a travel booking intermediary.

 

 

5. Legal Jurisdiction

This website is operated from India and is governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be resolved under Port Mout (South Andaman) jurisdiction.
